Products & pricing

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any payment.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, suspected fraud or incorrect information, and will refund any payment received.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (Saudi Arabia) and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment is received; unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 days.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping policy.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are set out in our Returns & refunds policy, without affecting your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Luvanto name, text and images, belongs to Luvanto and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
