We currently accept cash on delivery (Saudi Arabia) and bank transfer. Card and Apple Pay payments will be added soon.

You will see a confirmation page with your order number immediately after checkout, and you can check its status at any time on Track your order.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will happily update or cancel it.

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are final at checkout. Any duties for deliveries outside Saudi Arabia are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over SAR 500. A flat fee applies to smaller orders and is shown in your bag before checkout.

You may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & refunds policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

Shoes use EU sizing. Clothing uses international sizing (XS–XL). Each product page lists fit details; if you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size. Our team is happy to advise — just send us a message.
