Where we deliver

We deliver across Saudi Arabia and to the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Delivery times

• Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days
• Other GCC countries: 4–8 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is complimentary on orders over SAR 500. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking reference is added to your order. You can view it anytime on Track your order.

Customs

For deliveries outside Saudi Arabia, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
