14-day returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue your refund within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
